How does it work? It means not going shopping unless it is in your budget to do so, or not buying unless you planned to buy and put it into your budget. It means having a plan for the health and wellbeing of your body, and making the right choices when eating and exercising. It means simply choosing to exercise and making a plan for it. It means keeping your home well orgainzed and clutter free, and not buying stuff because you think it is cute, to stuff it in a closet or under a piece of furnature when you get home because there is no room for it.
Where does the freedom come in? If you take care of your finances you can always pay your bills, have money for an emergency, or make your mortgage payment. If you take care of your body you have the freedom to wear the styles you love. If you keep your home well cared for and clutter free, you have room for the things you love, and you don’t have pests such as mice, and bugs.
